Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoices intact.
Products that are not eligible for return include:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

The damaged product

Outer and inner packaging

Shipping label

Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, we will offer you the Refund.
3. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

The correct product will be shipped, or a refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 3–5 business days (subject to serviceability).

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable limit).

Returned products will undergo a quality check upon receipt.
5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:

UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days

Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

Net Banking: 3–7 business days
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

Minor color or design variations (as products are handcrafted and may have natural variations)

Damage caused after delivery
